Through her extensive experience of working across multiple geographies globally, with Intergovernmental Organizations, State Governments as well as with several Government of India Ministries, she has successfully influenced regulation, negotiated financially sustainable multi-stakeholder partnerships and implemented innovative business models to drive large scale impact.
Kunal Jhunjhunwala, Managing Director & Principal Founder, Airpay Payment Services Pvt. Ltd,is a serial entrepreneur who was diagnosed with Dyslexia at age 10. In spite of his academic struggles,he incorporated his first start-up in the tech sector at the young age of 14, which he sold off for a profit. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, he has a TRIUM Global Executive MBA.
With over three decades of experience in the IT & Telecom industry, Sudhir Gupta is the Co-Founder Maverin Consulting. He comes with extensive business strategy, consultancy, sales & distribution, profit centre management and human resources management experience. Prior to founding Maverin Consulting, worked as Exec Sr. VP – HR in Global Cloud Exchange a Reliance Communication group company. He also headed a Swiss MNC Ascom India for over six years, was instrumental in setting up the AT&T distribution network in India and launched Compaq Computers while heading MicroLand’s channel business across the country.
Shubho Sengupta is an integrated marketer with 20 plus years of deep experience in both old and new media, across diverse functions. He started off as a copywriter at ad agencies like Ogilvy, Leo Burnett and JWT; and later moved to the digital side with Interactive Avenues, Rediffusion Y&R, and later, brands like Coca-Cola. In recent years, he has also co-founded digital-driven startups in healthcare and activewear. For the last seven years or so, Shubho has been a consultant with brands, ad agencies, and the Govt of India, focusing on bridging the gap between traditional and new media, blending data and the power of the narrative to drive measurable value for the brand.

She is a design graduate turned social impact professional with extensive experience in socio-economic development, designing and deploying sustainable processes and systems which make significant systemic contributions to society and enable future generations. She has conceptualized, structured, implemented, monitored and evaluated projects across sectors including education, public welfare, health, skilling, women empowerment & retail design
Deepika Ghosh is neurodivergent. She is a behaviour science researcher and practitioner, experienced in the areas of maternal health and education. Previously, she was a founding member of the Behavioural Insights Unit of India (BIU) at NITI Aayog and has also worked with the J-PAL Behavioural Development Lab, McKinsey Global Institute and Nomura Investment Banking. Deepika holds an MA in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Liberal Studies from Ashoka University (YIF), and Bachelors in Economics from University of Delhi.
Amresh Chandra has extensive grassroots experience in advocating for, influencing policy changes and implementing innovative interventions to strengthen and support persons with disabilities, including infants, children, and adults by providing community-based rehabilitation, skill training, and mainstreaming. Having worked extensively in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, he as deep understanding of the socio-cultural requirement for successful inclusion in Anganwadis and schools. He is the recipient of the Uttar Pradesh Government State Award in 2007 and the Samarth Aware in 2013. He is a master trainer for inclusive education, early childhood care and development and has published numerous articles and papers to further inclusion in the remotest parts of India.
Tapas Ranjan Roy is a versatile Development Professional with extensive experience in Program Design and Management , Planning and Implementation of educational initiatives at Scale. He has worked extensively with the education system at Bihar and have been supporting SCERT in administering and implementing several capacity building/training/Micro Improvement Projects both in person and over DIKSHA Platform. He has been provided with Certificate of Appreciation by Directorate of Research & Training, GoB for exemplary work in strengthening the Teacher Education Institutions of the State and Certificate of Acknowledgement by SCERT Bihar for rendering training to Master trainers as a State Resource Person.
Manavi graduated with honours in economics from Christ University, post which she was a Research Associate at IIM Bangalore. She then joined the Government Projects team at Central Square Foundation, where she worked on status of provisions for children with special needs for all Indian states and UTs and drafted a schedule for strategy for continuous professional development of school leaders.
Bhavya Dixit has recently completed her PG Diploma from Ashoka University with an Advanced Major in Psychology. Over the years she has interned and worked on various research projects - from music and cognition to maternal mental health along with clinical interventions, addiction research, intergroup contact as well as child development. She aims to work at the intersection of policy and clinical practices, drawing from intersectionality to inform her professional approach.

Anshika graduated with honors in Political science from University of Delhi. She is also an Indian Institute of Mass Communication alumni who has worked with the Ministry of External Affairs. As a content writer for the Ministry's social media accounts, she created strategic content showcasing India's diplomatic successes, key events, and G20 Presidency updates. She has also interned with Hindustan Times where published some of her articles in newspaper's Gurgaon edition.
Chetna completed her B.A. in Education (hons) from Banaras Hindu University and M.A. in Education from Azim Premji University while being an active volunteer with different communities since 2013. She joined the social impact space in 2016 and has since worked with different stakeholders to drive impact at scale as well as change mindsets on the field. She comes with experience of 5 years in designing and facilitating content for K-12 students, parents, teachers, school leaders, impact sector leaders, and IB schools. She works with the mindset of creating impact through the 'power of content'.
With 10 years of experience in the Public Education System, Seema's focus has been providing inclusive education to underprivileged children. Holding Post Graduation in Journalism and Mass Communication, she had joined the Gandhi Fellowship in 2015, driven by the vision to enhance student learning outcomes through nurturing the leadership capabilities of teachers and headmasters. Post fellowship her six years’ association with Piramal Foundation’s Learning and Development (L&D) initiative involved building coaching capabilities amongst middle managers in Education eco-system across 112 aspirational districts of NITI Aayog. Formerly with the Central Square Foundation, she strengthened assessment structure of foundational grades for Jharkhand. Currently she is pursuing a one-year diploma in Learning Disabilities of students from Azim Premji University.

SW in Disability Studies and Action, and certification by RCI as a Rehabilitation Social Worker, along with NET qualification for Assistant Professorship. Their journey in disability advocacy began with engagements at Nagaland State Disability Forum, SABAL under Tata Steel Foundation, Victoria Memorial School Learning Centre for Special Needs in Mumbai, and CHILDLINE Kohima. Through these experiences, Vitozonu has facilitated various initiatives including case studies focusing on social inclusion. Their work involved close interaction with individuals with disabilities, identifying behavioral patterns and emotional needs, and facilitating interventions for holistic development. Furthermore, conducted skill profiling, identified gaps in policies, and collaborated with stakeholders, including Disabled People's Organizations (DPOs), Anganwadi workers, Church Leaders, Women and Students' body to foster inclusion and empowerment at Micro to Mezzo level. "
Rajat is an engineering graduate with master's in Urban Policy & Governance. After a stint as an EDI analyst, he shifted to social impact sector, working as a project analyst and policy associate in corporate and think tanks. Having business acumen in social and tech sector, Rajat has helped in development of 2 startup initiatives (Mystic Forest & ViLabs), has provided services voluntarily for social work & in politics domain. He has worked closely with HIPA and AIGGPA for impact assesment projects and policy development. His experience in policy developement extends to SWM, engendering governance, DEI, OD, urban studies, emerging tech, tourism and mobility sector. Rajat believes in organic ideas for a vision development, entrusting it with discipline, enthusiasm and community development.
Piyush, is an engineering graduate with five years of experience in the social development sector. Having worked extensively with diverse stakeholders, government departments and district administrations across the 3 tribal aspirational districts of the country, he now understands the government's work while developing his skills in government liaison, interdepartmental collaboration, resource convergence, and data analysis. Now, after gaining firsthand experience at the grassroots level, Piyush is driven by a desire to amplify his positive influence by building a deeper understanding of state policies and schemes, ultimately aiming to create impact at scale.

Smriti completed her Post Graduation in Development Management from Tata- Dhan Academy, Madurai. She has worked in the field of development for more than 15 years in different states of India. She has handled state-level responsibilities with national and international organizations such as UNICEF, Child in Need Institute (CINI), Bodh Shiksha Samiti, Pratham Education Foundation, Action Aid Association (AAA), and Ekjut. She has worked closely with state/district level administration to provide technical support. She has rich experience in imparting training to Government Key Resource Persons (KRPs), DIET members, and School teachers in Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan, Himachal Pradesh, and Jharkhand. She has experience and understanding of module and content development as well.
Benrilo Shitiri completed her post graduation from Tata Institute of Social Sciences with Labour Studies and Social Protection. She has been working with different organisations and departments across the country for over 6 years. Before joining the organization, her recent work was with IMM-K as a State Resource Associate as part of MGNF under Ministry of Skills. In her tenure as Research Assistant at The Kohima Institute she has produced a documentary film to spread awareness on various social issues such as substance abuse, unemployment and mental health. While working under Governor's Young Fellowship Program she has published a paper titled 'A study on public health sector in the State of Nagaland' which is forwarded to key actors in the State and Central Government. She now wants to use her experiences to build enriching impact in the education sector as well as with different sectors in the state and across.
Poornitha Nambiar has been in the social impact space for more than half a decade where she has stregthened partnerships & fundraising for education not for profits. Previously she has lead partnerships for multiple programmes at Pratham and Peepul, focusing on ensuring quality education is accessed by each child in India. With a specialized background in criminal law from Institute of Law, Nirma University however she had transitioned into the development sector with a passion for mainstreaming initiatives and creating accessible opportunities, ensuring no child is left behind.
