At ChangeInkk, we’re working to ensure that individuals with specific learning disabilities have equal access to opportunities from cradle to career. Our work ranges from empowering parents and educators to help them better support individuals with SLDs, to collaborating with policy makers, employers and educational institutions to create inclusive environments that allow individuals with SLDs to thrive and achieve their full potential.
ChangeInkk Foundation focuses on creating inclusive environments for students with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLDs) in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). Launched in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, the program enhances the capacity of HEI faculty and staff to support students with SLDs through sensitization, training, and systems transformation. Additionally, we promote non-traditional pathways for students with learning disabilities by collaborating with state skilling ecosystems, increasing enrollment in open schools and vocational programs, and establishing industry linkages for employment. Accessible AI tools and future-ready workforce initiatives further support individuals with learning disabilities.
