State Centre of Excellence

In July 2022, we signed an MOU with the Nagaland State Education Department to establish the country’s first Centre of Excellence for Neurodiversity in Kohima. Through this partnership we will support the state in mainstreaming inclusion of students with learning disabilities, by establishing enabling policies, building teacher capacity, strengthening pedagogy and curriculum to support inclusive learning environments, while developing UDL based teaching learning materials. The Centre of Excellence will take a collaborative approach, to ensure that students with disabilities are mainstreamed across grades K to 12.
