‘Learning Latitudes’ capacity-building series of TMTC – 12^th May, 2023

As part of the ‘Learning Latitudes’ capacity-building series of the Tata Management Training Centre (TMTC), ChangeInkk Foundation organised a session on the topic ‘Inclusion for Innovation: Championing Neurodiversity at Work’ on 12th May 2023. Noopur Jhunjhunwala, Co-Founder and Trustee of ChangeInkk, spoke about how ensuring a neurodiverse workforce as a key pillar of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I) has been shown to strengthen organisational culture, employee satisfaction and brand value. The interactive session, which was full of quizzes, exercises and Q&A, was attended by employees of the Tata Group from across India.
