At ChangeInkk, we’re working to ensure that individuals with specific learning disabilities have equal access to opportunities from cradle to career. Our work ranges from empowering parents and educators to help them better support individuals with SLDs, to collaborating with policy makers, employers and educational institutions to create inclusive environments that allow individuals with SLDs to thrive and achieve their full potential.
E&Y’s Value of Dyslexia Report maps dyslexic thinking strengths to the skills of the future, as identified by the World Economic Forum. However, more than 50% of employers have a poor or non-existent understanding of Dyslexic strengths. As a result, majority of Dyslexics hide their disability from employers.
We aim to sensitize employers on the need of adopting a Dyslexia@Work strategy that integrates dyslexic minds into their workforce to become “future ready”. We will also help dyslexic entrepreneurs incubate and grow their businesses, enabling them scale to become the leaders that transform our world and employers that create opportunities for the next generation of thinkers.
Meet our army, the most passionate supporters of ChangeInkk's mission.
