She has extensive experience in impacting national & global goals for disability rights, women empowerment, financial inclusion, education and digital inclusion. Through her extensive experience of working across multiple geographies globally, with Intergovernmental Organizations, State Governments as well as with several Government of India Ministries, she has successfully influenced regulation, negotiated financially sustainable multi-stakeholder partnerships and implemented innovative business models to drive large scale impact.
Kunal Jhunjhunwala, Managing Director & Principal Founder, Airpay Payment Services Pvt. Ltd,is a serial entrepreneur who was diagnosed with Dyslexia at age 10. In spite of his academic struggles,he incorporated his first start-up in the tech sector at the young age of 14, which he sold off for a profit. A graduate of Rochester Institute of Technology, he has a TRIUM Global Executive MBA.
With over three decades of experience in the IT & Telecom industry, Sudhir Gupta is the Co-Founder Maverin Consulting. He comes with extensive business strategy, consultancy, sales & distribution, profit centre management and human resources management experience. Prior to founding Maverin Consulting, worked as Exec Sr. VP – HR in Global Cloud Exchange a Reliance Communication group company. He also headed a Swiss MNC Ascom India for over six years, was instrumental in setting up the AT&T distribution network in India and launched Compaq Computers while heading MicroLand’s channel business across the country.
Shubho Sengupta is an integrated marketer with 20 plus years of deep experience in both old and new media, across diverse functions. He started off as a copywriter at ad agencies like Ogilvy, Leo Burnett and JWT; and later moved to the digital side with Interactive Avenues, Rediffusion Y&R, and later, brands like Coca-Cola. In recent years, he has also co-founded digital-driven startups in healthcare and activewear. For the last seven years or so, Shubho has been a consultant with brands, ad agencies, and the Govt of India, focusing on bridging the gap between traditional and new media, blending data and the power of the narrative to drive measurable value for the brand.
Roohi Sharma brings with her tremendous passion in the field of education. She was a Research Analyst at the Center on Reinventing Public Education, University of Washington, where she worked on projects related to charter schools, special education, school choice and system governance. In the past she has also served as an Education Pioneers Strategy Fellow in Boston, US and was a Teach For India Fellow in Pune, India. She began her professional career as an Application Developer at IBM in India.Roohi has a Master's in Education Policy from the University of Washington, US and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from Mody Institute of Technology and Science, India.
Aparajita is neurodivergent. She is a design graduate turned social impact professional with extensive experience in socio-economic development, designing and deploying sustainable processes and systems which make significant systemic contributions to society and enable future generations. She has conceptualized, structured, implemented, monitored and evaluated projects across sectors including education, public welfare, health, skilling, women empowerment & retail design
Deepika Ghosh is neurodivergent. She is a behaviour science researcher and practitioner, experienced in the areas of maternal health and education. Previously, she was a founding member of the Behavioural Insights Unit of India (BIU) at NITI Aayog and has also worked with the J-PAL Behavioural Development Lab, McKinsey Global Institute and Nomura Investment Banking. Deepika holds an MA in Economics from Jawaharlal Nehru University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Liberal Studies from Ashoka University (YIF), and Bachelors in Economics from University of Delhi.
Amresh Chandra has extensive grassroots experience in advocating for, influencing policy changes and implementing innovative interventions to strengthen and support persons with disabilities, including infants, children, and adults by providing community-based rehabilitation, skill training, and mainstreaming. Having worked extensively in Uttar Pradesh and Bihar, he as deep understanding of the socio-cultural requirement for successful inclusion in Anganwadis and schools. He is the recipient of the Uttar Pradesh Government State Award in 2007 and the Samarth Aware in 2013. He is a master trainer for inclusive education, early childhood care and development and has published numerous articles and papers to further inclusion in the remotest parts of India.
Tapas Ranjan Roy is a versatile Development Professional with extensive experience in Program Design and Management , Planning and Implementation of educational initiatives at Scale. He has worked extensively with the education system at Bihar and have been supporting SCERT in administering and implementing several capacity building/training/Micro Improvement Projects both in person and over DIKSHA Platform. He has been provided with Certificate of Appreciation by Directorate of Research & Training, GoB for exemplary work in strengthening the Teacher Education Institutions of the State and Certificate of Acknowledgement by SCERT Bihar for rendering training to Master trainers as a State Resource Person.
Tumchobeni Ngullie specialises in early interventions for children with special needs. She has a Masters degree in clinical psychology, and has completed a certificate course in early intervention and special education. She started working for children with special needs in 2016 and has worked in a special school as well as an inclusive school. She has experience working with multiple disabilities - Austism, SLD, ADHD, ID and Cerebral Palsy.
Manavi graduated with honours in economics from Christ University, post which she was a Research Associate at IIM Bangalore. She then joined the Government Projects team at Central Square Foundation, where she worked on status of provisions for children with special needs for all Indian states and UTs and drafted a schedule for strategy for continuous professional development of school leaders.
Bhavya Dixit has recently completed her PG Diploma from Ashoka University with an Advanced Major in Psychology. Over the years she has interned and worked on various research projects - from music and cognition to maternal mental health along with clinical interventions, addiction research, intergroup contact as well as child development. She aims to work at the intersection of policy and clinical practices, drawing from intersectionality to inform her professional approach.
